Event rental pricing:
Peak Season: September 1st- April 30th
Sunday-Thursday: $1200
Friday: $2000
Saturday: $2500
Off-Peak Season: May 1st - August 31st
Sunday-Thursday: $800
Friday: $1500
Saturday: $2000

-Bar and Service (we offer cash bar and open bar options)
-Professional quality, in-house sound system
-Consultation, meeting, and configuration for the day of the event.
-Set up and take down of all tables, chairs, buffet tables, and bar area.

-180+ free parking spaces surrounding the property
Corporate/Hourly room rate
$ 175/hr. Monday – Thursday 6am-4pm. and Friday-Sunday 6am-3pm
